The first time I used Live Chat, I was at position #two in the queue and it took 18 minutes until finally a Dwell agent responded. The second time, I was at position #two all over again, but this time it only took eight minutes wait around time. This is fairly excellent when compared with other exchanges that only reply via e-mail, with no Are livi
